Tapco made the "best" ones before they died a few years ago.the truth is there are no "good" aftermarket magazines. The SKS was never designed to take a detachable magazine, so everything available is a cludge. If you want detachable magazines go buy an AK or one of the handful of Norincos that were factory built for AK mags.

I do notice though, that when there is a failure to fire, that the internal mag moves slightly, as if something hit it.

It feels as if I could pry it completely off the gun by hand.
