I went with max-corrupted strength. The perk at the end is proccing even with the truncheon, so it's killing prospective thralls before I can knock them out. Maximum damage is gonna come from fully corrupting the strength tree. Use a good weapon with that crafted by a blade Smith and put a master weapon damage kit on it. Then craft an armour that gives you strength damage boost and craft it using a T4 armorsmith (preferably shieldwright) for maximum damage. Godbreaker gloves . Black knight pants & pictish boots. Serpent bracers give more strength than godbreaker but theyre light armor while godbreakers heavy. That Wolfman mask is crazy for that. Gives +8 strength on its own. I think the Pictish set (dlc) gives +1 strength per piece which combines nicely.

The corruption allows you to have some really neat boons to your strength, vitality, and authority (But not the others ). I don't play Strength builds so i cannot comment on if these boons are worth it to be fully corrupted (50% less HP & stamina is a lot, imo). It does have great synergy with archery and/or authority builds though.
