1/9/2024. We have a new trail coming into the east side of Curtis saving a mile of shoulder riding. It starts just 100 yards east of the gas station and connects with the existing trail by Lilac lane. This trail was made possible by 5 private landowners, donations made in Catherine Custers memory and the Skidoo snow pass grant!Ok, I don't want anyone to get offended. Update 2/10/10 : Houghton Lake Michigan Snowmobiling Trail Report and Conditions. 9.00am It snowed till about 3am, but the total was only about 3" or so. The snow will make it easier to get around town, and access to the North is better across county Rd 300. We rode to Dingman's last night, and had a great ride.
