Seneca One Tower, located at 1 W Seneca Street Buffalo, New York, was constructed between 1969-1974 and contains over 1,200,000 square feet of space. The building was formerly known as One HSBC Center (1999-2013) and Marine Midland Center (1972-1999), and spans the southern end of Main Street under which Buffalo Metro Rail passes. Seneca One Tower is expected to open in the next two or three months.
