I was able to make it work on my netgear r7000. I was at first port forwarding to 32400, but that would not work. So then I disabled the port forwarding and tried port triggering to 32400 TCP. After I changed the settings I rebooted my router and it worked. Now I can stream Plex from my PC. View solution in original post.
