As far as I know, Waterworks set + Sky Iron Hasta + Bear's Claw of Ice + Sapphire Ring of Battle (and any amulet/deck you want) is generally accepted as the best non-crown gear from levels 60-100 until Darkmoor. All of the Level 70+ gear you buy in the bazaar is genuinely trash compared to it and are a waste of gold.

Water works. Waterworks or crafted gear, lexicon blade, sidhe staff, aureate band, triple double myth pet, amulet of the feint. I prefer the sky iron hasta to the sidhe staff. I think damage is more important for myth than power pip or accuracy. Myth doesn't really struggle with accuracy and you can always use accuracy jewels.

The best weapon in there is the Sky Iron Hasta, this is a must need. It gives you 10% extra universal damage and it is also one of the first weapons that have a power pip as a starter.
