For clearing land I use totem grid because it is fast and has a lot of tiles to clear and is only 1 chalice. Lots of folks use Secret:the healer instead. For merging life flowers I use open lands because it is all flowers to merge. I prefer fruit trees to midas trees, so my coin farming level is Grimshire 2; Maywood 4 was my second choice, and both start with a grape tree. I haven't farmed in months, but I have 6 watermelons in Grimshire 2 and get about 4 tiaras for the 7-hour chalice refill window of mostly idly play. You build up a bunch of shrubs and then harvest those for wooden dragon egg chests... merge them up to the highest level and then when you open them you get more shrubs and green dragon nests, and additionally you can merge the shrubs into the Ruins of the Sky Palace Wonder ...
