Project Skyrim has more modded content, but in turn is less thought out and less stable. Where every level you get (by doing quests, killing enemies), you sleep and then get to choose whatever skills you want to lvl. Licentia Black, on the other hand, has pretty basic combat. But it has like 10 more major quest mods compared to Arisen. And it's significantly smaller in size. Arisen has better combat mechanics from what I've heard, but doesn't have Maximum Carnage mod, so in terms of looks, the combat won't have that much weight or realism. Really depends on how NSFW and slooty you want your game to be. As I said Project Skyrim and Licentia are your run of the mill LoTD based modlist with a ton of new content and modernized features. Licentia has been around a long time and is more stable and bug free.

This entire Modlist is in English and 99% of all mods you will find are also in English. I highly recommend playing the game in English and I will not give support to people with a non-English game .
