Hi there, We have Frontier Fiber. For the first 3-4 months we had the service it was flawless. Around a month ago, we started having outages that seemed very random. Every time, rebooting the Arris modem resolved the issue. After the third or fourth time this happened, we called and they sent out a new modem. Same issue.
