I'm a fan of ardy knights on the world with a bank splasher, you can position your mouse and click away and watch something or whatever. Some people prefer black jacking or other faster methods just to get it over with but I find those to be very awful and the xp rates for ardy knights is still pretty solid even at lower levels.
