The GeForce hotfix driver v451.85 has just been released in order to fix this issue. Take a look at it. Double-check that your GPU meets the requirements and that your drivers are up to date. Try and see if the problem persists regardless of whether DLSS is on or off. One of these options might work better for you.

You will feel the haptics of the rain in the begining as soon as you can move! Edit: The option might be called "Deactivate Steam Input"!
